1. What it is
A free platform to find NMC / SMC-verified doctors, read and write structured reviews of the service you personally received, verify a doctor’s registration, and prepare a grievance. The platform is an intermediary under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000 — reviews, ratings, and responses are third-party content. We do not author or editorially modify user reviews.
2. Free service
There are no fees for patients or doctors. Doctors are ranked by verified ratings and relevance — never by payment. We do not sell placement.
3. Review rules (patients)
You may review only services you personally received on the stated date. Rate the seven service parameters (not clinical outcomes). Reviews must be truthful, first-hand, and free of unsupported allegations, personal data, or abuse. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to host your review. Reviews are screened automatically and may be moderated. A doctor’s response within the 7-day window never blocks or edits your review.
4. Doctor rules
Doctors may verify their identity for free to respond to reviews. Responses must be professional and must not disclose patient identity or medical detail. Procuring fake reviews or harassing reviewers results in the response facility being withdrawn and the conduct being reported to the relevant council.
5. Profiles
Profiles are built from public registry data only. Listing a doctor is not an endorsement. Accurate registry information cannot be removed, but genuine errors will be corrected.
6. Verify and Complaints tools
“Unable to verify” does not mean a doctor is unqualified. When you prepare a complaint, you send it to the authority yourself. We provide no legal or medical advice.
7. Takedown
To report content, notify the Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve in line with the Intermediary Rules. We comply with valid court orders and government notices within the applicable legal timelines.
8. Liability
We host third-party content and registry data in good faith and are not liable for decisions you make in reliance on it. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
9. Acceptable use, termination, and governing law
No scraping, proxy-posting, or interference with the platform. These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction.
