The right complaint, to the right authority

Most complaints fail because they go to the wrong place. Find the authority that can actually act on your issue — with verified contacts and how to file.

How this works: we help you prepare and route your complaint — you file it yourself with the authority. We never file on your behalf, and we never publish your allegations.

Prepare your complaint

Fill this in and we’ll format a proper complaint for you to send from your own email or the official portal. It goes out in your name — we don’t send it, see it, or store it.

Or find the authority directly

1

Medical negligence or professional misconduct

→ Haryana Medical Council

Send the complaint application + a ₹500 demand draft favouring “Registrar, Haryana Medical Council” (cheques not accepted) + a signed affidavit, by post or in person.

2

Overbilling, refund, or deficient service

→ Consumer redressal (Helpline + e-Jagriti)

Start with the National Consumer Helpline for pre-litigation help. To file a formal case with the Consumer Commission, use the e-Jagriti portal (OTP sign-up).

3

Hospital or clinic facility problems

→ CM Window, Haryana

Register a grievance on the CM Window portal — it routes to the district health authorities (Civil Surgeon / CMO) with a tracking number.

4

Medicines, pharmacy, or drug quality

→ State Drugs Controller — FDA Haryana

Write to FDA Haryana with the medicine name, batch number, chemist details, and your bill.

5

Suspected fake doctor (quackery)

→ Civil Surgeon anti-quackery cell + Police

Do not accuse anyone publicly. Report to the Civil Surgeon’s anti-quackery cell (via CM Window) and the police, and attach your registry check from the Verify page.

First, check the register

If the state council doesn’t act

If the State Medical Council hasn’t decided within about six months, you can escalate to the National Medical Commission’s Ethics Committee.

Set honest expectations

Council proceedings can be slow, and the authorities usually update you directly, not us. For money matters (refunds, overbilling), it’s often worth pursuing the consumer route in parallel rather than waiting on a single channel.

Contacts verified July 2026. Government details can change — we re-check them regularly, but confirm before sending anything important.
